Good morning dear esteemed parents. Considering your pertinent remarks and proposals on the school discipline we have undertaken to revise the rules and regulations. Here above is a list of some rules and regulations.
Article 6:
b- Students must imperatively be in class and maintain a studious atmosphere before the start of every lesson. In addition, no outings are allowed between two lessons. In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, the student receives a warning and his/her parents summoned.
Article 9:
– A student called to order by three (03) different teachers gets a warning.
– Another set of three (03) calls to order leads to a reprimand and three (03) days suspension.
– From nine (09) calls to order, the student will be brought before the disciplinary council and the parents summoned.
Article 20:
d- Any organized band of criminals (gangsterism) or gang related activities will not be tolerated within and around the establishment.
Article 22:
c- Any student found guilty of theft receives a temporary suspension pronounced by the Disciplinary Council. In the case of aggravated theft, he/she might be permanently expelled. In either case, the thief returns the stolen item.
d- Any form of violence, fights and incitement to fights, provocations and dangerous games are prohibited between students both inside and outside the College. Any student who contravenes this rule will be brought before the Disciplinary Council, and his parents will be responsible for the consequences that may arise from these acts. In the event of recidivism, the student will be permanently expelled.
Article 23:
a- Relations between students must be healthy and honest. Any ambiguous situation (love letter, obscene drawing, vulgar or ambiguous remarks, fondling/touching, sexual harassment, etc.) will be sanctioned by a warning with a summons of the parents or by permanent expulsion depending on the seriousness of the case. Any student couple will be permanently expelled from the College.
